专精特新企业数字化转型的中国路径研究述评

As the core force for the transformation and upgrading of China's Manufacturing Industry and ensuring the security of the Industrial Chain, the Digital Transformation of specialized, refined, distinctive, and innovative SMEs is by no means a simple technological upgrade, but a strategic and systematic project deeply embedded in China’s specific policy and market context. Based on a systematic review of CSSCI source journal literature from CNKI, this paper reviews the research on the Digital Transformation of specialized, refined, distinctive, and innovative SMEs. It finds that existing research has initially constructed an analytical framework covering the theoretical basis, multi-dimensional influencing factors, and characteristic realization paths. However, current research has a clear theoretical path dependence and fails to fully demonstrate the institutional embeddedness of enterprise transformation in the Chinese context. Furthermore, in terms of analytical methods, there is a lack of dynamic models tailored to the characteristics of specialized, refined, distinctive, and innovative SMEs.Accordingly, future research should focus on constructing localized theoretical models and developing multi-dimensional, dynamic evaluation systems. This will provide robust theoretical support and practical guidance for formulating “precision-oriented” transformation policy toolkits with Chinese characteristics.
作为中国制造业转型升级与保障产业链安全的核心力量,专精特新企业的数字化转型绝非单纯的技术升级, 而是一场深嵌于中国特定政策与市场情境中的战略性系统工程。 本文基于对中国知网 (CNKI)CSSCI 来源期刊文献的系统性梳理,对专精特新企业数字化转型研究展开述评。发现现有研究已初步构建起一个涵盖理论基础、多维影响因素及特色实现路径的分析框架。然而,当前研究存在明显的理论路径依赖,未能充分彰显中国情境下企业转型的制度嵌入性;同时在分析方法上,缺乏针对专精特新企业特质的动态模型。据此,根据现有研究展望未来研究应致力于构建本土化的理论模型,并发展多维度、动态化的评价体系,以期为形成具有中国特色的“精准化”转型政策工具箱提供坚实的理论支撑与实践指引。
