In the initial stage of the founding of Marxist philosophy, Marx's publicness theory developed along the clues of social liberation and human development. According to the two lines-from civil society to human society, and from egoistic man to real individual, Marx explained the publicness of political life from the perspective of human practice and social community. Marx's theory of publicness provides a new theoretical horizon for the modernization of national governance. Its has practical significance to take full advantage of the people-centered socialist system, improving the publicness of governance, and cultivating the public spirit of all citizens.
