A Study on the Performance Evaluation Index System of Government Services in Ethnic Counties under the Perspective of Digital Government

Performance evaluation of government services in ethnic counties serves as a crucial driver for advancing digital government initiatives, with the development of performance evaluation indicator systems being a pivotal component in practical implementation. Ethnic regions hold significant strategic importance in China. Establishing a scientific and effective performance evaluation framework for government services in ethnic counties not only impacts the effectiveness of digital government construction but also directly influences the enhancement of governmental service efficiency and public welfare. To address this, this study focuses specifically on developing an evaluation indicator system for government services in ethnic counties. By applying the Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) and integrating domestic and international research findings and practical experiences in government portal performance evaluation, we aim to provide a reference framework for relevant departments to conduct performance assessments and establish a model for the development of government services in China's ethnic counties.
