铸牢中华民族共同体意识的核心内涵、时代价值与实践路径

The Core Connotation, Contemporary Significance, and Practical Paths of Forging a Strong Sense of Community for the Chinese Nation

Since entering the new era, forging a strong sense of community for the Chinese nation has been the main line of the Party’s ethnic work and a core underpinning for advancing national rejuvenation and the modernization of national governance. This goal is deeply aligned with the development direction of adapting Marxism ethnic theory to Chinese conditions and the times, and embodies the value orientations of “great unity” and “harmony in diversity” inherent in fine traditional Chinese culture. Taking a social perspective as the entry point, this paper focuses on epochal elements such as the application of intelligent technologies and the empowerment of new quality productive forces to elaborate on the core connotation of the sense of community for the Chinese nation. Based on the recognition of the pattern of “diversity in unity”, it encompasses three essential characteristics: interdependence for common prosperity, identity with shared values, and initiative oriented towards governance, thereby consolidating the five core identifications—including identification with the great motherland and the Chinese nation. At the level of epochal value, this sense not only serves as the spiritual foundation for safeguarding national unification and ethnic solidarity, but also acts as a key driving force for advancing Chinese modernization, addressing internal and external risks and challenges, and enhancing national cultural soft power. From a practical perspective, the paper proposes a three-dimensional path: economic integration, cultural edification, and social governance coupled with legal safeguards. This study attempts to transform the theoretical connotation of forging a strong sense of community for the Chinese nation into concrete practical effects, providing ideological guidance for the coordinated development of ethnic minority areas and the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation, while offering a Chinese solution to global ethnic issues.

进入新时代以来，铸牢中华民族共同体意识是党的民族工作的主线，也是推进民族复兴与国家治理现代化的核心支撑，这一目标深度契合马克思主义民族理论中国化时代化的发展方向，且涵盖了中华优秀传统文化中大一统、和而不同的价值导向。本文以社会视角为切入点，围绕智能化技术应用与新质生产力赋能等时代要素，阐释中华民族共同体意识的核心内涵，以多元一体格局认同为基础，涵盖共生共荣的关联性、价值同向的认同性与治理导向的能动性三大本质特征，凝聚对伟大祖国、中华民族等五大核心认同。在时代价值层面，该意识既是维护国家统一与民族团结的精神根基，也是助推中国式现代化建设、应对内外风险挑战、提升国家文化软实力的关键动力。文章从实践维度提出三维路径：经济融合、文化浸润、社会治理与法治保障。本文尝试将铸牢中华民族共同体意识的理论内涵转化为具体实践效能，为民族地区协同发展、中华民族伟大复兴提供思想引领，同时为解决全球民族问题提供中国方案。
