高校理论宣讲团建设的价值意蕴、现实困境与优化路径

University theoretical lecture teams constitute a crucial component of the ideological and political education system in the new era, with student-led teams increasingly serving as a key platform for self-education and value guidance. This paper examines the educational, ideological, and academic significance of university theoretical lecture teams and provides an in-depth analysis of their current challenges—particularly regarding theoretical literacy, operational mechanisms, content production, and communication effectiveness. Practical experience demonstrates that faculty-led lecture teams play an irreplaceable role in ensuring correct political direction, providing scholarly depth, offering methodological guidance, and setting exemplary standards. In terms of development pathways, the paper proposes establishing a co-construction and co-education mechanism centered on “student agency, faculty mentorship, and collaborative advancement.” It outlines a high-quality development strategy across four dimensions: team building, operational mechanisms, integrated communication matrix, and connotative growth—aiming to foster effective faculty-student collaboration and complementary strengths, thereby significantly enhancing the political leadership, theoretical persuasiveness, and appeal among youth of university theoretical lecture teams.

高校理论宣讲团是新时代思想政治工作体系的重要载体,而由大学生组成的理论宣讲团日益成为自我教育与价值引领的关键平台。本文探讨了高校理论宣讲团在育人、思想、学术方面的价值意蕴,深入剖析当前其在理论素养、运行机制、内容生产、传播效能方面存在的现实困境。实践证明,教师理论宣讲团在方向把关、学理支撑、方法指导与示范引领中具有不可替代的促进作用。在建设路径上,提出构建“学生主体—教师引领—协同共进”的共建共育机制,从队伍锻造、运行机制、传播矩阵、内涵发展四个维度,探索师生联动、优势互补的高质量发展路径,切实提升高校理论宣讲团的政治引领力、理论说服力与青年感召力。
