新时代提升数字党建质量是不断提高党的建设质量的题中应有之义，具有十分丰富的内涵意蕴和重大的时代价值。党的十九大把“不断提高党的建设质量”纳入到党的建设总要求中，深刻地反映出高质量建党的时代要求，为新时代建立健全质量强党的战略规划和标准体系提供了新的研究视角，不断为把我们的党建设成为高质量政党提供了基本遵循。新时代提升数字党建质量是充分运用数字化、信息化手段，提高党建工作管理水平和效率的必然举措，必须明确这一重大课题的时代价值，以始终坚持党的领导为根本，以提高党的质量意识为前提，以夯实党的数字思维为基础，以健全提升数字党建质量的长效机制为重要保障，不断实现新时代党建工作的数字化、科学化、智能化、高效化。
