Driven by the digital transformation of the global healthcare industry and cross-border trade integration, cross-border e-commerce platforms for medical devices have emerged as the core vehicle for resource allocation. Artificial intelligence (AI) technology offers a novel pathway to tackle key industry challenges, including compliance hurdles and information asymmetry. Based on a technology R&D project jointly undertaken by a local electronic technology enterprise and a university in Weifang, this study centers on the objectives of “intelligentization, compliance, and high efficiency” to establish an AI-powered application framework for cross-border e-commerce platforms. Through comprehensive whole-process exploration, critical technologies such as intelligent recommendation and inventory optimization have been overcome, resulting in a four-stage implementation roadmap and scientific acceptance standards. The results demonstrate that the platform enables intelligent upgrading across the entire cross-border transaction lifecycle, enhancing operational efficiency, mitigating risks, and reducing costs. It provides robust support for enterprises to expand into global markets and serves as a valuable reference for the development of similar platforms and the application of related technologies.
在全球医疗健康产业数字化转型与跨境贸易一体化驱动下,医疗器械跨境电商平台成为资源配置核心载体,人工智能技术为破解行业合规壁垒、信息不对称等痛点提供新路径。本研究依托潍坊某电子科技有限公司与潍坊某学院的技术开发项目,围绕“智能化、合规化、高效化”目标,构建人工智能驱动的跨境电商平台应用体系。通过全流程探索,攻克智能推荐、库存优化等关键技术,形成四阶段实施框架与科学验收标准。结果表明,平台可实现跨境交易全链路智能化升级,提升效率、降低风险与成本,为企业拓展国际市场提供支撑,也为同类平台开发及相关技术应用提供参考。
