Taking Professor Lu Jie's academic exchange trip to Taiwan in 2008 as the research object, this paper systematically sorts out three core scenarios—literature research at the National Institute for Compilation and Translation, visits to elementary schools in ethnic minority-inhabited areas, and cross-Strait educational seminars — by adopting a narrative approach. This exchange not only demonstrated the “ life-oriented” and “diversified” characteristics of Taiwan’s teaching materials and the “cultural awakening” experience in ethnic minority education, but also highlighted the high consensus among educators across the Strait on “inheriting Chinese culture” and “cultivating integrated individuals.” The concepts of “rooting in practice,” “openness and inclusiveness,” and “upholding culture” advocated by Professor Lu Jie have built a spiritual bridge for cross- Strait educational exchanges. Her educational wisdom holds significant enlightenment for contemporary cross- Strait educational mutual learning and the integration of ethnic culture into education.
本文采用叙事研究与理论分析相结合的方法,以2008 年鲁洁先生赴台学术交流为对象,基于亲历者的一手记录,系统梳理此次交流中的三大核心场景——国立编译馆文献调研、少数民族聚居区小学访问、两岸教育同仁专题座谈。此次交流既展现了台湾教材“生活化”“多元化”特色与少数民族教育“文化唤醒”经验,更凸显两岸教育者在“传承中华文化”“培育完整的人”上的高度共识。鲁洁先生秉持的“实践扎根”“开放包容”“文化坚守”理念,为两岸教育交流搭建精神桥梁,其教育智慧对当代两岸教育互鉴、民族文化融入教育具有重要启示意义。
