Based on social network theory, this study constructs an integrated analytical framework of “network-ability-context” to systematically explore the influencing mechanism of college students’ employment quality. The research finds that ascriptive social networks provide college students with initial employment advantages, while self-generated social networks promote their long-term development. College students’ non-cognitive abilities serve as a key mediating factor in transforming network effects into employment quality, and social adaptability plays a significant moderating role. Furthermore, the study points out that the above mechanisms are constrained by contextual factors such as labor market segmentation and types of higher education institutions. Finally, improvement paths are proposed from three aspects: individual ability development, optimization of higher education, and policy environment support.
基于社会网络理论,构建了“网络-能力-情境”整合分析框架,系统探究了大学生就业质量的影响机制。研究发现:先赋型社会网络能提供大学生就业起点优势,自致型社会网络能促进大学生的长期发展;大学生的非认知能力是网络效应转化为就业质量的关键中介,社会适应能力则发挥重要调节作用。研究进一步指出,上述机制受劳动力市场分割、高校类型等情境因素制约。最后,从个体能力发展、高校教育优化与政策环境支持三方面提出提升路径。
