Promoting high-quality and full employment for college students with disabilities is not only an important indicator of educational equity but also a significant window reflecting social progress and civilization. Comprehensively improving the employment service level for college students with disabilities is an essential approach to helping them realize their self-worth and lead a decent life, a core criterion for evaluating the fairness and quality of higher education, and an inherent requirement for promoting common prosperity and social harmony. Currently, the policy environment for employment services for college students with disabilities in China has been continuously optimized, the awareness of universities as the main body has significantly increased, and the social atmosphere has gradually improved. However, challenges such as the policy system and service coordination, social acceptance and barrier-free environment, and education and training versus employment services still exist. These issues should be addressed through paths such as improving the policy support system, optimizing the social support environment, innovating employment service models, and enhancing individual employment capabilities, to promote high-quality and full employment for college students with disabilities. This can also provide references for improving the employment support system for college students with disabilities.
推进残疾人大学生高质量充分就业不仅是衡量教育公平的重要指标,而且是体现社会文明进步的重要窗口。全面提升残疾人大学生就业服务水平是助推残疾人大学生实现自我价值与体面生活的重要途径、评估高等教育公平与质量的核心标准、推进共同富裕与社会和谐的内在要求。当前,我国残疾人大学生就业服务的政策环境持续优化、高校主体意识显著增强、社会氛围逐步改善,但政策体系与服务协同、社会接纳与无障碍环境、教育培养与就业服务等困境犹存,应通过完善政策支持体系、优化社会支持环境、创新就业服务模式、提升个体就业能力等路径加以应对,以助推残疾人大学生高质量充分就业,也可为完善残疾人大学生就业支持体系提供参考。
