Development Patterns, Deep-Seated Concerns, and Optimization Approaches of the Digital Lifestyle Among Youth in the New Era

The deepening development of digital technologies in the new era has driven systemic transformations in young people's lifestyles, presenting new research challenges for ideological and political education. Contemporary youth exhibit diverse patterns in their digital lifestyles: digital applications have shifted from “single tools” to “full-scenario integration”; social patterns show a divergence between “online circle stratification” and “weak offline connections”; and behavioral choices oscillate between “proactive exploration” and “passive consumption.” While this evolution presents developmental opportunities, it also poses challenges to young people's growth and development. Consequently, it is imperative to establish an optimized approach from the perspective of ideological and political education. This will empower youth to cultivate healthy and rational digital lifestyles while providing theoretical foundations for strengthening ideological guidance within digital contexts.

新时代数字技术的深度发展推动青年生活方式发生系统性变革，也为思想政治教育带来新的研究命题。当前青年的数字化生活方式呈现不同的发展样态，数字应用从“单一工具”转向“全场景嵌入”，社交模式表现出“线上圈层化”与“线下弱连接化”的分化，行为选择则处于“主动探索”与“被动投喂”的博弈之中。这一发展进程带来发展机遇的同时也对青年的成长成才构成挑战。对此，需从思想政治教育角度构建优化进路，助力青年构建健康理性的数字化生活方式，为强化数字化场景下青年思想引导提供学理支撑。
