质量强国战略下高职食药类专业新质劳动者“工匠精神”培育路径研究

Research on the Cultivation Path of “Craftsman Spirit” for New Quality Workers of Food and Drug Specialty in Higher Vocational Colleges under the Strategy of Quality Power

Under the dual background of the quality power strategy and the development of new quality productivity, the food and drug specialty in higher vocational colleges undertakes the important mission of cultivating new quality workers with excellent craftsman spirit. In this study, 12 food and drug enterprises and 410 higher vocational students in Shandong Province were investigated by means of literature analysis, questionnaire survey and interview. It is found that food and drug enterprises expect graduates to have higher standard operation ability, quality consciousness and professional ethics. However, there are still some problems in the current talent training, such as lack of practical ability, disconnection of professional values, difficulty in transforming the cognition and behavior of craftsman spirit. In the process of cultivating craftsman spirit, colleges and universities are faced with challenges such as disconnection between theoretical teaching and practical education, fragmentation of educational activities, and imperfect evaluation and incentive mechanism. Based on this, the study proposes to build a “government-enterprise-school-family” four-party collaborative education mechanism, improve the “quality-knowledge-ability,” “three-in-one training system, and promote the “theoretical stage-practice stage-network stage” through the “four-dimensional classroom.” The three-stage progressive implementation systematically promotes the cultivation of craftsman spirit, and transports new quality workers with the craftsman spirit of “loving posts and obeying rules, striving for perfection, focusing on persistence, and being eager to learn and innovate” for the high-quality development of the food and drug industry.

在质量强国战略与新质生产力发展的双重背景下,高职食药类专业承担着培养具备卓越工匠精神的食药类新质劳动者的重要使命。本研究通过文献分析、问卷调查与访谈等方法,对山东省内12 家食药类企业及410 名高职学生展开调研。研究发现,食药类企业期望毕业生具备较高的规范操作能力、质量意识与职业伦理,但当前人才培养尚存在实践能力缺失、职业价值观脱节、工匠精神认知与行为转化困难等问题,高校在工匠精神培育过程中面临理论教学与实践育人相脱节、育人活动碎片化、评价激励机制不完善等挑战。基于此,研究提出构建“政府-企业-学校-家庭”四方协同育人机制,完善“素质-知识-能力”三位一体培养体系,通过“四维课堂”推动“理论阶段-实践阶段-网络阶段”三阶递进实施,系统化推进工匠精神培育,为食药行业高质量发展输送具备“爱岗守规、精益求精、专注执着、好学创新”工匠精神的新质劳动者。
