西部地区地州高校就业工作体系“三全育人”机制构建研究

Focusing on the employment practices of universities in western regions, this study explores strategies for constructing the “Three-All Education” mechanism. It elaborates on the connotation and theoretical foundation of the “Three-All Education” mechanism within the university employment system. The study analyzes common strategies and methods employed by Chinese universities in establishing this mechanism. Using a university case study and employing methods such as questionnaires and empirical research, it evaluates the effectiveness of the “Three-All Education” mechanism in the university employment system from the perspectives of full participation, whole-process coverage, and comprehensive collaboration. The research suggests that improving the three-in-one service system, refining the whole-process tracking mechanism, and advancing precision-oriented employment guidance can enhance the systematicity and coordination of employment education. Based on empirical findings, it proposes strengthening top-level design, deepening industry-education integration, and optimizing feedback mechanisms to further support universities in western regions in improving their employment systems and elevating educational standards.

聚焦西部地区地州高校就业工作实际,针对“三全育人”机制的构建策略展开探究。阐述高校就业工作体系中“三全育人”机制的内涵和理论基础。分析目前我国高校建立“三全育人”机制所采取的常见策略、方法。结合某高校案例,通过问卷调查、实证研究等方法,从全员参与、全过程覆盖、全方位协同的角度,分析高校就业工作体系“三全育人”机制的效果。研究认为,通过完善三位一体服务体系,健全全过程跟踪机制,并推进精准化就业指导工作,有助于提升就业育人工作的系统性、协同性。基于实证结果,提出要加强顶层设计,深化产教融合,同时优化反馈机制,进一步支持西部地区高校完善就业工作体系,提高育人水平。
