“实践-赛事-服务”三位一体模式在应用型传媒课程教学中的创新探索

In the context of media convergence and digital transformation, the cultivation of applied media professionals faces the practical need to shift from single skill type to multi-dimensional ability compound type.Based on the concept of OBE, this paper takes the core course of the network and new media specialty of Nanning College of Technology as an example, and constructs and implements the trinity model of “practicedriven, competition-teaching integration and local service”.This model integrates classroom teaching, practical operation and project actual combat, integrates discipline competition into the whole teaching process, and closely combines with regional development needs to carry out social services, effectively bridging the longstanding disconnect between theory and practice, learning and application, and campus and society in traditional teaching. Two years’ teaching practice shows that this model has improved students’ professional quality, practical ability and innovative consciousness, achieved solid teaching results and extensive social benefits, and provided a replicable and popularized practical path for the teaching reform of applied media education.
在媒介融合与数字化转型背景下,应用型传媒人才培养面临从单一技能型向多维能力复合型转变的现实需求。本文以南宁理工学院网络与新媒体专业核心课程摄影与摄像基础为例,基于成果导向教育(OBE)理念,构建并实施了“实践驱动、赛教融合、服务地方”三位一体的教学模式。该模式通过整合课堂教学、实践操作与项目实战,将学科竞赛融入教学全过程,并紧密结合区域发展需求开展社会服务,有效弥合了传统教学中长期存在的理论与实践、学习与应用、校园与社会之间的脱节。两年的教学实践表明,该模式较好地提升了学生的专业素养、实践能力与创新意识,取得了扎实的教学成果与广泛的社会效益,为应用型传媒课程的教学改革提供了可复制、可推广的实践路径。
