시각장애학생을 위한 촉각 대체학습자료 활용 교육과정 성취기준 및 내용요소 개발: 수정 델파이 방법론 활용

A Study on the Development of Curriculum Standards and Content Elements for Utilizing Tactile Adaptive Learning Materials for Students With Visual Impairments: A Modified Delphi Study

본 연구는 시각장애학생이 촉각 대체학습자료를 효과적으로 활용할 수 있도록 관련 지식과 기술을 명시적으로 지도하기 위해 수정 델파이 방법론을 활용하여 교육과정 성취기준과 내용요소를 개발하였다. 관련 선행 연구와 문헌을 분석하고, 이후 촉각 대체학습자료 및 시각장애 특수교육 현장 전문가 20명을 대상으로 3차에 걸친 조사를 실시하였다. 1차 개방형 조사를 통해 촉각자료 활용 지도를 위한 핵심 기술 및 능력, 프로그램 내용요소 고려사항 등에 대한 의견을 수집하였고, 이후 2~3차 수렴형 조사에서는 학교과정별로 도출한 성취기준과 내용요소의 타당도와 합의 수준을 검증하였다. 연구 결과, 학교과정별로 초등학교 과정 17개, 중학교 과정 12개, 고등학교 과정 11개의 성취기준과 내용요소를 확정하였다. 초등학교 과정은 기초 촉각 감각 발달과 기본 도형 인식, 중학교 과정은 교과별 촉각자료 탐색과 해석, 고등학교 과정은 메타인지 전략과 복합 자료 분석 등을 중심으로 구성되었다. 본 연구는 대체학습자료 활용 방법을 지도할 수 있는 체계적 교수학습 프로그램의 기초를 마련하였으며, 이를 기반으로 국가 수준 시각장애 관련 교육과정, 지도 프로그램, 그리고 개별화교육계획 수립·실행을 위한 논의 및 후속 연구 방향을 제시하였다.

This study developed curriculum achievement standards and content elements for teaching students with visual impairments knowledge and skills to effectively utilize tactile adaptive learning materials. The researchers conducted a literature review and three-round surveys with 20 experts using modified delphi study methods. The first-round collected open-ended opinions on core competencies and considerations for program content. An additional two surveys verified the content validity and consensus level of achievement standards and content elements using quantitative methods. The study established 40 achievement standards and content elements across education levels: 17 for elementary school, 12 for middle school, and 11 for high school. The elementary school level focused on basic skills in tactile recognition, the middle school level emphasized subject-specific tactile material exploration and interpretation, and the high school level centered on metacognitive strategies and data analysis. This study provided a foundational framework for systematic instruction that explicitly teaches tactile graphicacy. The researchers also suggested practical implications within school settings and for future research.
