중국 온라인 교육 플랫폼 품질이 사용자 만족도와 사용의도에 미치는 영향에 관한 연구

A Study on the Impact of Chinese Online Education Platform Quality on User Satisfaction and Usage Intention

본 연구는 중국 온라인 교육 플랫폼의 품질 요인이 사용자 만족도와 사용의도에 미치는 영향을 실증적으로 분석하는 것을 목적으로 하였다. 연구모형은 선행연구를 기반으로 편리성, 신뢰성, 상호작용성, 안전성을 독립변수로 설정하고, 사용자 만족도를 매개변수로, 사용의도를 종속변수로 설정하였다. 이를 검증하기 위해 중국의 온라인 교육 플랫폼 사용자 278명을 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하였으며, 수집된 데이터를 SmartPLS 4.0를 이용하여 분석하였다. 분석 결과, 편리성, 신뢰성, 상호작용성, 안전성의 네 가지 요인은 모두 사용자 만족도에 유의한 정(+)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 또한 사용자 만족도는 사용의도에 유의한 정(+)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타나, 만족도가 높을수록 플랫폼을 지속적으로 이용하려는 경향이 강함을 확인하였다. 반면, 편리성과 신뢰성은 사용의도에 영향을 미치지 않았다. 이러한 결과는 현재 온라인 교육 환경에서 편리성과 신뢰성이 기본적 전제 조건으로 기능하는 데 반해, 안전성과 상호작용성은 지속적 이용을 유도하는 핵심적 촉진 요인으로 작용함을 시사한다. 본 연구의 한계는 조사대상이 중국의 온라인 교육 플랫폼 사용자로 한정되어 있어 결과의 일반화에 제약이 있다는 점이다. 향후 연구에서는 다양한 국가와 플랫폼 유형을 포함한 비교연구를 통해 보다 폭넓은 검증이 이루어질 필요가 있다. 본 연구는 온라인 교육 플랫폼의 품질 요인이 사용자 만족도 및 사용의도에 미치는 구조적 관계를 규명함으로써, 온라인 교육 서비스 품질 향상과 지속 가능성 제고를 위한 학문적 및 실무적 기초자료를 제공하였다는 점에서 의의가 있다.

This study aimed to empirically analyze the impact of quality factors of Chinese online education platforms on user satisfaction and intention to use. Based on prior research, the research model set convenience, reliability, interactivity, and safety as independent variables, user satisfaction as the mediating variable, and intention to use as the dependent variable. To verify this, a survey was conducted with 278 Chinese online education platform users, and the collected data was analyzed using SmartPLS 4. The analysis results showed that all four factors-convenience, reliability, interactivity, and safety-significantly positively influenced user satisfaction. Furthermore, user satisfaction significantly positively influenced intention to use, confirming that higher satisfaction was associated with a stronger tendency to continue using the platform. Conversely, convenience and reliability did not influence intention to use. These results suggest that while convenience and reliability serve as fundamental prerequisites in the current online education environment, safety and interactivity serve as key facilitating factors that encourage continued use. A limitation of this study is that the survey sample was limited to users of online education platforms in China, limiting the generalizability of the results. Future research should conduct comparative studies across various countries and platform types to ensure broader validation. This study is significant in that it elucidates the structural relationship between quality factors in online education platforms and user satisfaction and intention to use, thereby providing academic and practical foundational data for improving the quality and sustainability of online education services.
