In the current Internet era, the survival and development of enterprises are inseparable from innovation, so employee innovation has become the focus of research in the field of human resources. The purpose of this study is to explore in depth the mechanisms by which organizational trust affects employees' innovation behaviors, with a particular focus on the mediating role of Jop Crafting. Through literature review, we clarified the theoretical framework of trust, Jop Crafting, and innovation behavior within the organization, collected relevant data through field research using questionnaires, and confirmed the effectiveness of the research model using statistical analysis tools. Research shows that Jop Crafting mediates between trust and innovation in an organization. Specifically, employees increased trust within the organization by graphing tasks, relationships, and cognition, which further encouraged employees to exhibit higher levels of innovative behavior. The discovery of this mediating mechanism has provided a new perspective on understanding employee behavior and relationships within organizations. Overall, this study not only explores the concept and mechanism of Jop Crafting in depth, but also reveals new mediators between trust and innovation behavior within an organization. This helps corporate managers better understand employees' autonomous behaviors and provide practical management implications for organizational innovation and development. However, the study also pointed out some limitations, and future research could further deepen our understanding of this issue.
