IB MYP 프레임워크 기반 종묘제례악 수업 설계 및 타당도 검증

Design and Validation of Jongmyo Jeryeak Instruction Based on the IB MYP Framework

최근 교육계에 관심이 높아지고 있는 IB 교육의 IB MYP 프레임워크를 활용하여 종묘제례악수업을 설계하고 타당도를 검증하는 것이 본 연구의 목적이다. 이를 위해 탐구, 행동, 성찰의단계로 구성된 IB MYP 프레임워크에 맞춰 종묘제례악을 주제로 한 10차시의 수업을 설계하였다. 설계한 프로그램의 IB MYP 프레임워크 기반 수업 설계 타당도와 음악 교수법 적용 내용 체계 타당도를 검증하기 위해 IB 전문가 3인과 국악 교육 전문가 3인을 전문가 집단으로구성하였다. IB 전문가 집단의 분석 결과 프레임워크 부합성, 탐구진술문 적절성, ATL 연계성의 타당도는 모두 높은 수준으로 나타났으며 총괄 평가 영역은 보통 이상으로 확인되었다. 국악 교육 전문가 집단의 분석 결과 내용 체계성과 교육적 적절성 모두 높은 수준을 보였다. 또한 IB 전문가와 국악 교육 전문가의 타당도 검증 결과를 비교 분석하였을 때, 교육 설계의 타당성을 서로 다른 관점에서 상호 보완적으로 평가하는 것으로 나타났다. 특히 활동 중심 교수법이 단순 흥미 유발을 넘어 IB 탐구학습 구조와 유기적으로 결합되어 있다는 것을 확인할 수있었다. 이러한 결과를 통해 본 연구에서 IB MYP 프레임워크를 활동하여 개발한 종묘제례악수업 프로그램이 국악 교육 전문성은 물론 IB 교육 체계를 동시에 충족하는 융합형 수업 모델임을 확인하였다.

This study aimed to design a Jongmyo Jeryeak instructional program utilizing the IB MYP (International Baccalaureate Middle Years Programme) framework, which has recently garnered significant attention in the field of education, and to verify its validity. A 10-session program was developed in accordance with the IB MYP framework. To assess the validity of the lesson design and the content of the music pedagogy application, a panal of three IB experts and three traditional Korean music education experts was selected. The IB expert group rated framework alignment, the statement of inquiry, and Approaches to Learning (ATL) connectivity as ‘high’, while the summative assessment area was rated ‘above average.’ The traditional Korean music education experts rated both content systematics and educational appropriateness as ‘high’. Furthermore, comparative analysis of the evaluations indicated that the instructional design was validated in a complementary manner from different perspectives. In particular, activity-based teaching methods were effectively integrated with the IB inquiry learning structure, going beyond merely inducing simple interest. Therefore, the study confirmed that the developed Jongmyo Jeryeak instructional program serves as a convergent instructional model, satisfying both traditional Korean music education expertise and the IB educational framework.
