Objective: This study examines age-specific patterns of economic activity participation among women with disabilities and the M-shaped curve, and analyzes changes in determinants across life stages between 2008 and 2023. Methods: Using the 2008 and 2023 Panel Survey of Employment for the Disabled (PSED) data, this study analyzed 1,867 (2008) and 1,292 (2023) women with dis-abilities through descriptive statistics and binary logistic regression across three life stages (youth, middle adulthood, and older adulthood). Results: M-shaped curves were confirmed in both pe-riods, with participation rates increasing from 24.5% to 37.3%. The curve’s trough and second peak shifted toward later life stages. Determinants of economic activity participation changed over time and varied by life stage: In 2023, education and subjective health became significant factors in youth, while vocational training emerged as a new factor in middle adulthood. Conclusions: Based on these findings, this study presents policy and practical directions for supporting economic activity participation of women with disabilities across different life stages.
