유아교사 창의적 교수역량 단축형 척도 개발 연구

Development and Validation of a Short-Form Scale for Creative Teaching Competence of Early Childhood Teachers

본 연구는 다차원적 개념으로 구성된 유아교사용 창의적 교수역량 척도의 단축형을 구성하고, 단축형 척도의 심리측정학적 특성을 파악하는 데 초점을 두었다. 이를 위하여 유아를 담당하고 있는 교사 455명을 대상으로 설문을 실시하였고 최종 453명의 자료를 분석에 활용하였다. 주요 연구결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 탐색적 요인분석 결과 단축형 척도는 총 26문항으로 창의성 태도 및 평가, 유아 창의성 이해, 창의적 환경지원의 세 가지 하위요인으로 구성되었다. 원척도와 단축형 척도 간 관련성을 살펴본 결과, 두 점수의 동질성이 높았다. 둘째, 단축형 척도에 대한 확인적 요인분석 결과, 3요인 모형의 적합도는 양호한 것으로 나타났다. 또한 단축형 척도는 놀이지원역량 척도와의 관련성을 통해 준거관련 타당도를 입증하였다. 내적합치도와 반분신뢰도 검증을 통해 단축형 척도의 신뢰도를 입증하였다. 본 연구에서 개발된 유아교사용 창의적 교수역량 단축형 척도는 보다 간명한 구조의 핵심 문항으로 구성됨으로써, 유아교사의 창의적 역량 증진 관련 연구 및 교육현장에서 유용하게 활용될 수 있을 것으로 기대된다.

This study developed a short form of a multidimensional creative teaching competency scale for early childhood teachers and examined its psychometric properties. Survey data were collected from 455 teachers, and responses from 453 participants were analyzed. Exploratory factor analysis revealed a 26-item scale with three factors: creative attitude and evaluation, understanding of children’s creativity, and creative environmental support. The short form showed high score equivalence with the original scale. Confirmatory factor analysis supported an acceptable fit for the three-factor model. Criterion-related validity was established through associations with a play support competency scale, and reliability was confirmed via internal consistency and split-half reliability. The short-form scale, consisting of core items in a concise structure, is expected to be a useful tool for research and practice aimed at enhancing early childhood teachers’ creative competence.
