유아 교사의 놀이성과 창의성이 유아의 놀이몰입에 미치는 영향: 놀이교수 효능감의 매개효과

The Effects of Early Childhood Teachers' Playfulness and Creativity on Children's Play Immersion : Focusing on the Mediating Effect of Teaching Efficacy on Play

본 연구는 유아교사의 놀이성과 창의성이 유아의 놀이몰입에 미치는 영향 관계에서 놀이교수 효능감의 매개효과를 검증하였다. 이를 위하여 주요 변인을 측정하기 위한 설문지를 사용하여 서울과 인천 및 경기도 소재 현직 유아교사 315명의 자료를 수집하였으며 SPSS 23.0과 AMOS 23.0을 사용하여 분석하였다. 연구결과, 유아교사 놀이성과 창의성은 놀이교수 효능감에 정적 영향을 미치며 유아교사의 창의성과 놀이교수 효능감은 유아의 놀이몰입에 정적영향을 미친다는 것을 확인하였다. 또한, 유아교사의 놀이교수 효능감이 유아 교사 놀이성과 유아 놀이몰입 간의 관계를 완전매개 하였으며 유아교사 놀이교수 효능감이 교사의 창의성과 유아 놀이몰입의 관계를 부분매개함을 확인하였다. 유아의 놀이몰입은 발달단계 과정에서 매우 중요한 경험이다. 이 같은 이유에서 유아의 놀이몰입을 유도하는 교사 변인에 대한 연구는 가치가 있다. 본 연구는 유아의 놀이몰입에 가장 중심적인 중재 변인으로서 교사의 놀이교수 효능감을 지목하였으며 이와 관련된 교사 효능감의 본질적 특징이 어떻게 유아 놀이 상황에서 작동하는지 논의하였다. 본 연구는 유아교육의 핵심이라고 할 수 있는 유아놀이활동의 실효적 실천을 위한 교사변인을 정량적으로 논의하였다는데 학문적 의미를 둘 수 있다.

This study verified the mediating effect of Norring's teaching efficacy in the relationship between the playfulness and creativity of early childhood teachers on children's play immersion.To this end, data from 315 incumbent early childhood teachers in Seoul, Incheon, and Gyeonggi-do were collected using a questionnaire to measure key variables, and analyzed using SPSS 23.0 and AMOS 23.0. As a result of the study, it was confirmed that early childhood teachers' playfulness and creativity had a positive effect on play teaching efficacy, and early childhood teachers' creativity and play teaching efficacy had a positive effect on children's play immersion. In addition, it was confirmed that the early childhood teacher's sense of play teaching efficacy completely mediated the relationship between the early childhood teacher's play and young children's play immersion, and the early childhood teacher's sense of play teaching efficacy partially mediated the relationship between the teacher's creativity and young children's play immersion. Children's play immersion is a very important experience in the process of development. For this reason, it is worthwhile to study the teacher variables that induce children's immersion in play. This study pointed out the teacher's play teaching efficacy as the most central mediating variable for young children's play immersion, and discussed how the essential characteristics of teacher efficacy related to this work in children's play situations.
