산업안전보건 한국어교육전문가 양성 프로그램의 효과 분석: 테크놀로지 교수내용지식과 교사효능감을 중심으로

Effectiveness of an Occupational Safety and Health Korean Language Instructor Training Program: Focusing on TPACK and Teacher Efficacy

본 연구는 중소기업에 재직 중인 외국인근로자를 대상으로 활동할 산업안전보건 분야 한국어교육전문가 양성 프로그램의 효과를 분석하는데 그 목적이 있다. 이를 위해 ADDIE 모형에 기반하여 산업안전보건 한국어교육전문가 양성에 필요한 13차시(39시간) 분량의 교육과정을 안전·한국어·기업교육 전문가와 공동으로 개발·운영하였고, 그 효과를 테크놀로지 교수내용지식과 교사효능감을 중심으로 분석하였다. 양성 프로그램에 참여한 예비·현직 한국어 교사 29명을 대상으로 사전·사후 설문조사를 통해 TPACK 하위요인(기술지식, 교수지식, 내용지식 및 통합지식)과 교사효능감 수준을 측정하였다. TPACK의 경우 사전-사후 비교분석을 하였고, 교사효능감은 대응표본 t검정을 수행하였다. 분석결과 양성 프로그램에 참여한 교육생들은 TPACK 전 영역에서 평균값이 향상되었으며, 특히 TPACK의 내용지식(CK)이 크게 향상된 것으로 나타났다. 교사효능감 또한 교수전략, 학생참여, 교실운영 순으로 효과가 있는 것으로 확인되었다. 본 연구는 산업안전보건 분야의 한국어교육 전문 인력 양성을 위한 프로그램의 교육적 타당성을 검증했다는 점에서 의의가 있으며, 한국어교육전문가의 테크놀로지 활용역량 강화의 필요성을 제시하였다는데 의의가 있다.

This study aimed to develop and implement an ADDIE-based training program consisting of 13 sessions (39 hours) to cultivate Korean language education specialists in the field of occupational safety and health for foreign workers employed in small and medium-sized enterprises, and to examine its educational effectiveness. Pre-post surveys were conducted with 29 pre-service and in-service Korean language teachers who participated in the program. Data were collected on Technological Pedagogical Content Knowledge (TPACK) and teacher efficacy. The results indicated improvements across all TPACK domains, with particularly notable gains in overall TPACK and content knowledge. Teacher efficacy also showed positive changes, especially in instructional strategies, followed by student engagement and classroom management. These findings support the educational validity of the program and highlight the importance of strengthening technology integration competencies in professional Korean language education.
