2022 개정 교육과정에 내포된 초연결 시대의 고등학교 중국어⋅문화 융합 교육

A Study on High School Chinese Cultural Integration Education in the Hyper-Connectivity Era through the 2022 Revised Curriculum

본고는 고등학교 중국어과 2022 개정 교육과정을 분석하여 초연결 시대에 고등학교 중국어⋅문화 융합 교육의 지향점을 고찰하였다. 4차 산업혁명으로 인한 급격한 국제 사회의 변화로 인하여 세계는 초연결 시대에 들어섰으며, 우리나라는 중국계 다문화 가정 및 학생 수가 큰 비중을 차지하는 다문화 사회가 되었다. 이에 본고는 일반 선택 과목인 ‘중국어’, 진로 선택 과목인 ‘심화 중국어’와 ‘중국어 회화’, 융합 선택 과목인 ‘중국어 문화’의 2022 개정 교육과정을 연구 대상으로 설정하고, 네 교과의 2022 개정 교육과정에 내포된 중국어⋅문화 융합 교육을 비교 분석하였다. 그 결과 네 교과의 교육과정의 서술에 차이가 있으나, 공통적으로 상호문화교육에 기반하여 디지털 리터러시 교육을 융합하였음을 알 수 있었다. 이는 초연결 시대에 부응하는 시의적절한 중국어와 문화 융합 교육이라고 평가할 수 있다. 다만 상호문화교육및 디지털 리터러시 교육 절차를 고려하여 교과의 성격 및 목표, 내용 체계 및 성취기준, 교수⋅학습 및 평가 방향을 일관성 있게 제시할 필요가 있다. 또한 교과의 특성을 살려서 ‘심화 중국어’와 ‘중국어 회화’는 진로와의 연계성 모색을, ‘중국 문화’는 타 교과와의 연계성 모색을 구현할 필요가 있다. 마지막으로 ‘중국어’와 ‘심화 중국어’의 중국어 수준에 차별을 두어 제시할 필요가 있다.

This study analyzes the 2022 Revised Chinese Curriculum for high schools in order to explore the orientation of Chinese language and culture convergence education in the hyper-connected era. Due to the rapid transformations in the global society brought by the Fourth Industrial Revolution, the world has entered a hyper-connected age, and Korea has evolved into a multicultural society in which students from Chinese-heritage families account for a considerable proportion. Against this backdrop, this study selected the 2022 revised curricula of Chinese (General Elective), Advanced Chinese (Career Elective), Chinese Conversation (Career Elective), and Chinese Culture (Convergence Elective) as its research subjects. The analysis compares and examines how the revised curricula of these four subjects embody the integration of Chinese language and cultural education. The findings indicate that although there are differences in the descriptive focus among the four curricula, all commonly incorporate digital literacy education within an intercultural education framework. This integration can be viewed as a timely and appropriate approach to Chinese language and culture education that aligns with the demands of the hyper-connected era. However, it is necessary to consistently present the characteristics and objectives of each subject, the structure of content and achievement standards, and the directions for teaching, learning, and assessment in accordance with intercultural and digital literacy education processes. Furthermore, Advanced Chinese and Chinese Conversation should emphasize connections with career exploration, while Chinese Culture should foster interdisciplinary linkages with other subjects. Lastly, it is recommended that distinct proficiency levels be clearly delineated between Chinese and Advanced Chinese.
