대학의 창의적 학습환경 구성요인 탐색과 척도 타당화

Exploring the Factors of Creative Learning Environments in Universities and Validation of a Measurement Scale

이 연구는 변화하는 고등교육 환경에서 대학의 창의적 학습환경을 구성하는 요인을 탐색하고, 이를 측정할 수 있는 척도를 개발하는 것을 목적으로 하였다. 이를 위해 선행연구 고찰과 전문가 델파이 조사를 실시하여 예비문항을 도출하고, 전국 4년제 대학생을 대상으로 예비검사와 본검사를 통해 탐색적·확인적 요인분석을 수행하였다. 분석 결과, 대학의 창의적 학습환경은 ‘창의적 교수·학습운영’, ‘창의적 학습공간’, ‘유연한 교육제도’, ‘리더십 및 학교조직’, ‘창의적 학습풍토’의 5개 요인이 도출되었으며, 각 요인의 신뢰도와 수렴·변별타당도를 확보하였다. 이는 대학의 창의적 학습환경은 물리적·제도적·심리적 요인이 상호작용하는 다차원적 생태체계임을 경험적으로 확인한 결과로, 대학 교육혁신의 방향을 제시하는 기초자료로 활용될 수 있다. 또한 이 연구에서 개발된 척도는 대학의 창의적 교육체제를 진단하고 개선하는 실천적 도구로 활용 가능하다.

This study aimed to explore the factors that constitute a creative learning environment in universities and to develop and validate a reliable measurement scale. Based on an extensive literature review and a two-round Delphi survey with experts, preliminary items were generated and examined through exploratory and confirmatory factor analyses using data from university students across regions in Korea. The results identified five key factors of the creative learning environment: creative teaching–learning operation, creative learning space, flexible academic system, leadership and organizational culture, and creative learning climate. Reliability, convergent validity, and discriminant validity were all confirmed. These findings demonstrate that the creative learning environment in higher education is an integrated ecological system where physical, institutional, and psychological factors interact. The developed scale provides an empirical basis for diagnosing and improving creative educational environments in universities, offering a practical tool for guiding innovation and learner-centered reform in higher education.
