유아교사의 유아동작교육에 대한 인식과 교수창의성이 동작교수효능감에 미치는 영향

The Effects of Early Childhood Teachers’ Perceptions of Movement Education and Teaching Creativity on Their Teaching Efficacy in Movement Education

본 연구는 유아교사의 동작교육에 대한 인식(동작교육 실행 필요성 인식, 목적 이해, 효과 인식, 지식)과 교수창의성이 동작교수효능감에 미치는 영향을 분석하였다. 유아교육기관에 근무 중인 유아교사 362명을 대상으로 수집한 자료에 대해 기술통계, 상관분석, 위계적 회귀분석을 실시하였으며, 그 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 주요 변인의 일반적 경향성을 분석한 결과, 교사들은 대체로 동작교육의 가치와 필요성을 긍정적으로 인식하며, 보통 이상 수준의 교수창의성과 동작교수효능감을 보였다. 둘째, 유아동작교육에 대한 인식의 하위요인, 교수창의성, 동작교수효능감 간에는 모두 유의한 정적 상관이 나타났다. 셋째, 위계적 회귀분석 결과, 교사의 인식 중 동작교육 실행 필요성 인식과 동작교육 지식, 그리고 교수창의성이 동작교수효능감에 유의한 정적 영향을 미쳤다. 이러한 결과는 유아교사의 동작교수효능감을 향상시키기 위해 교사의 동작교육에 대한 인식과 실제적 이해를 강화하고, 교수창의성을 함께 증진할 필요가 있음을 의미한다.

This study examined the effects of early childhood teachers’ perceptions of movement education (perception of the need for implementation, understanding of purpose, recognition of effects, and knowledge) and their teaching creativity on their efficacy in teaching movement activities. Data were collected from 362 early childhood teachers working in educational institutions, and descriptive statistics, correlation analysis, and hierarchical regression analysis were conducted. The results are as follows. First, the overall tendencies of the main variables showed that teachers generally recognized the value and necessity of movement education positively and demonstrated above-average levels of teaching creativity and teaching efficacy in movement education. Second, there were significant positive correlations among the subfactors of perception of movement education, teaching creativity, and teaching efficacy. Third, the results of hierarchical regression analysis revealed that awareness of the necessity and knowledge of movement education, as well as teaching creativity, had significant positive effects on teaching efficacy in movement education. These findings suggest that enhancing teachers’ perception and understanding of movement education, together with their teaching creativity, is essential for improving their teaching efficacy in movement education.
