유아 부모를 위한 성학대 예방그림책 가이드라인 개발 및 적용 반응 탐색

The development of sexual abuse prevention picture book guidelines and an exploration on the responses of parents of young children

연구목적: 본 연구는 유아 부모를 위한 성학대 예방그림책 가이드라인 문항을 개발하고, 적용 과정에 나타난 부모의 반응을 통해 교육적 의미를 탐색하고자 하는 데 목적이 있다. 연구방법: 가이드라인 문항 개발을 위해 전문가 10인 패널을 대상으로 두차례 델파이조사를 통해 내용 타당도를 검증하였다. 또한 부모의 성학대 예방그림책 읽기 과정에 가이드라인을 적용할 때 나타난 반응을 탐색하기 위해 상호작용 사례를 기반으로 16명의 부모를 대상으로 심층면담을 실시하고, 면담자료는 Nvivo12를 활용해 질적 분석하였다. 연구결과: 가이드라인 최종 문항은 내용타당도 비율(CVR) .62 이상을 충족한 성학대 개념 및 성학대예방 및 대처행동 두 구성요소와 10개 하위문항이 선정되었다. 또한 적용과정에 나타난 부모의 반응으로 ‘무의식적 기준인식’ ‘의인화를 통한 현상인지’ ‘고정관념의 인식변화’ ‘그림책 난이도에 따른 대처’ ‘신체 감각을 활용한 대처’ ‘비밀과 보상의 딜레마 상황예방’ 등의 반응이 도출되었다. 연구결론: 본 연구는 유아 부모를 위한 성학대 예방그림책 가이드라인의 타당성을 검증하고, 실제 적용과정에 나타난 부모의 반응을 통해 교육적 시사점을 도출하였다. 나아가 가이드라인 개발과 그림책 활용 방안을 제시함으로써 부모의 실천적 대응 역량강화를 위한 교육적 잠재력을 발견하였다는데 의미가 있다.

Purpose:This study developed sexual abuse prevention picture book guidelines and explored the responses of parents of young children during the application process Methods: To develop the guideline items, two rounds of Delphi surveys were conducted with a panel of ten experts who examined the validity of the content. In addition, in-depth interviews were conducted with sixteen parents to explore their responses while applying the guidelines during shared readings of sexual abuse prevention picture books. The interview data were analyzed using NVivo 12. Results:The final guidelines consisted of two components: sexual abuse concepts and preventive and coping behaviors and ten sub-items that met the Content Validity Ratio (CVR) criterion of .62 or higher. The responses of parents during the application process were categorized into six themes: unconscious recognition of standards, understanding phenomena through personification, shifts in preconceived notions, coping according to picture book difficulty, bodily awareness-based coping, and prevention of dilemmas related to secrets and rewards. Conclusion: The findings confirm the validity and practical value of the developed guidelines and show meaningful implications on education. By offering concrete guidance for picture book use, the guidelines demonstrate educational potential for strengthening the practical response capacities of parents to support effective home-based sexual abuse prevention education.
