This study examined the factors influencing visitors’ intention to revisit Tagaytay City, focusing on activity, facility, hospitality, technology, and perceived value. It also assessed how experience affects the relationship between these determinants and revisit intention. Using a quantitative descriptive design, the study employed quota sampling with 206 respondents, and data were collected through Google Forms. The Structural Equation Model PLS was used for analysis. Results showed that activity, hospitality, technology, and perceived value were rated “agreed,” while facility was “strongly agreed.” Experience had a significant positive effect on revisit intention, although it negatively moderated the relationship between facility and revisit intention. The model met collinearity assumptions and explained 71.3% of the variance in revisit intention.
