The Impact on Atmospheric Quality of Cabezera Restaurant In Tagaytay City

This study assessed the impact of atmospheric quality on customer satisfaction of Cabezera Restaurant in Tagaytay City. Primarily, this study aims to answer the question about what the correlation between atmospheric quality elements and overall customer satisfaction and the demographics of profile of the respondents was. Quantitative descriptive research was used in the study and purposive sampling with 100 respondents. Survey questions were utilized as a tool to gather the data with 5 – point likert scale. Weighted mean and spearman were used to analyze the data. Based on the findings, demographic profile of respondents revealed that the majority were aged 18-25 years old (67%), male (57%), college undergraduates (48%), and students (42%). These findings suggest that the restaurant primarily attracts a younger, student-based clientele. The correlation analysis using Spearman’s rho showed that all four atmospheric elements: interior design (ρ = 0.686), scent (ρ = 0.786), music (ρ = 0.727), and lighting (ρ = 0.771), had strong positive relationships with overall customer satisfaction. All p-values were less than .001, which is significantly below 5% level of significance.
