시뮬레이션 간호교육에서 간호대학생의 협력성향, 의사소통능력이 학습몰입에 미치는 영향

Influence of Cooperative behavior, and Communication Skills on Learning Engagement in Simulation-Based Nursing Education

본 연구는 간호대학생의 시뮬레이션 간호교육에서 간호대학생의 학습몰입에 미치는 영향요인을 확인하기 위한 서술적 조사연구이다. 연구대상자는 시뮬레이션 수업을 받은 경험이 있는 4학년 학생 145명으로 자료수집은 2025년 6월부터 7월까지 시행되었다. 수집된 자료는 SPSS/WIN 29.0을 이용하여 분석하였다. 연구결과, 연구대상자의 평균 점수는 협력성향 3.53±0.83점, 의사소통능력 3.96±0.59점, 학습몰입 3.88±0.65점이었다. 학습몰입은 협력성향(r=.581, p<.001), 의사소통능력(r=.776, p<.001)과 유의한 양의 상관관계를 보였다. 다중회귀분석 결과, 성별(β=-.205, p<.001), 연령 25~29세(β=-.128, p<.05), 임상실습 만족도 높음(β=-.256, p<.05), 대학생활 만족도 높음(β=-.190, p<.05), 협력성향(β=.151, p<.05), 의사소통능력(β=.581, p<.001)이 학습몰입에 유의한 영향을 미쳤으며, 모형의 설명력은 70.7%로 나타났다. 본 연구결과를 토대로 시뮬레이션 교육에서 다양한 대상자와 연구설계를 통해 이러한 관련성을 반복·확인하고, 시뮬레이션 교육이 실제 학습성과에 미치는 영향을 규명할 필요가 있다.

This study is a descriptive survey conducted to identify the factors influencing learning engagement in nursing students during simulation-based nursing education. The participants were 145 fourth-year nursing students who had prior experience with simulation classes, and data collection was carried out from June to July 2025. The collected data were analyzed using SPSS/WIN 27.0. The average scores of the participants were 3.53±0.83 for Cooperative behavior, 3.96±0.59 for communication skills, and 3.88±0.65 for learning engagement. Learning engagement showed significant positive correlations with cooperative behavior (r = .581, p < .001), and communication skills (r = .776, p < .001). According to the results of multiple regression analysis, gender (β = −.205, p < .001), age 25–29 years (β = −.128, p < .05), high satisfaction with clinical practicum (β = −.256, p < .05), high satisfaction with university life (β = −.190, p < .05), cooperative behavior (β = .151, p < .05), and communication skills (β = .581, p < .001) had a significant effect on learning engagement.. The explanatory power of the model was 70.7%. In order to enhance learning engagement among nursing students in simulation education, It is necessary to repeat and confirm this relationship through various subjects and research designs and to elucidate the impact of simulation education on actual learning outcomes.
