경북도청신도시 정주만족도 유형 분석: 군집분석을 통한 생활환경 요인의 영향 탐색

A Study on the Types of Residential Satisfaction in the New Town of Gyeongbuk Provincial Government: Exploring the Influence of Living Environment Factors through Cluster Analysis

이 연구는 경북도청신도시 주민의 정주만족도에 영향을 미치는 생활환경 요인을 분석하고, 주민 인식 유형을 군집화하여 정책적 시사점을 도출하고자 하였다. 주거환경, 편의 서비스환경, 의료복지서비스환경, 교통환경, 보육·교육환경, 여가활동환경 등 여섯개 요인을 중심으로 신뢰도분석, 요인분석, 다중회귀분석, 군집분석을 실시하였다. 분석 결과, 모든 생활환경 요인이 정주만족도에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났으며, 특히 여가활동환경과 주거환경의 영향이 상대적으로 높게 나타났다. 군집분석을 통해 고만족형, 중간만족형, 저만족형의 세 유형이 도출되었고, 각 군집 간 생활환경 인식 수준과 정주만족도에서 뚜렷한 차이가 확인되었다. 본 연구는 생활환경 전반에 걸친 정주만족도 영향 요인을 다차원적으로 분석하고, 유형별 특성을 바탕으로 한 맞춤형 정책 수립의 기초자료를 제공한다.

This study attempted to derive policy implications by analyzing living environment factors affecting the residential satisfaction of residents in Gyeongsangbuk-do New Town and clustering resident perception types. Reliability analysis, factor analysis, multiple regression analysis, and cluster analysis were conducted focusing on six factors: residential environment, convenient service environment, medical welfare service environment, transportation environment, childcare/education environment, and leisure activity environment. The analysis results showed that all living environment factors significantly affect the residential satisfaction, and in particular, the influence of leisure activity environment and residential environment was relatively high. Through cluster analysis, three types were derived: high satisfaction, medium satisfaction, and low satisfaction, and distinct differences were confirmed in the level of living environment awareness and residential satisfaction between each cluster. This study provides basic data for the establishment of customized policies based on the characteristics of each type by analyzing the factors affecting the overall living environment in a multidimensional manner.
