간호대학생의 디지털 리터러시와 인공지능 윤리의식의 관계에서 도덕적 민감성의 매개 효과

Mediating Effects of Moral Sensitivity between Digital Literacy and Artificial Intelligence Ethical Awareness among Nursing Students

본 연구의 목적은 간호대학생의 디지털 리터러시와 인공지능 윤리의식의 관계에서 도덕적 민감성의 매개 효과를 확인하기 위함이다. G시와 J도에 위치한 종합대학교 간호학과 재학생 147명을 대상으로 하였다. 자료수집은 2025년 8월 25일부터 29일까지 구조화된 자기 보고형 설문지를 사용하였다. 수집된 자료는 SPSS/WIN 28.0과 Process Macro 3.5 프로그램을 사용하여 분석하였으며, 주요 분석 결과는 다음과 같다. 인공지능 윤리의식은 디지털 리터러시(r= .26, p<.001), 도덕적 민감성과 유의한 양의 상관관계가 있었고(r= .35, p<.001), 디지털 리터러시와 도덕적 민감성은 유의한 양의 상관관계가 있었다(r= .46, p<.001). 디지털 리터러시와 인공지능 윤리의식의 관계에서 도덕적 민감성의 매개 효과가 유의하게 검증되었다. 본 연구의 결과를 토대로 향후 간호대학생을 대상으로 하는 인공지능 윤리의식 향상을 위한 교육 프로그램 개발 및 제공에 도덕적 민감성을 함양할 수 있는 간호윤리 교육 프로그램 개발을 제언한다.

This study aimed to confirm the mediating effects of moral sensitivity between digital literacy and artificial intelligence ethical awareness among nursing students. Participants were 147 nursing students enrolled in universities in G City and J Province. Data were collected using a self-administered questionnaire from August 25 to 29, 2025. The collected data were analyzed using SPSS WIN 28.0 and Process Macro 3.5 program. Digital literacy was positively associated with moral sensitivity (r= .46, p<.001) and artificial intelligence ethical awareness (r= .26, p= .001). Moral sensitivity was positively associated with artificial intelligence ethical awareness (r= .35, p<.001). The mediating effect of moral sensitivity was significantly verified in the relationship between digital literacy and artificial intelligence ethical awareness. According to the results, the impact of digital literacy on the artificial intelligence ethical awareness was mediated by moral sensitivity. Therefore, to increase the artificial intelligence ethical awareness of nursing students, developing programs to enhance moral sensitivity are recommended.
