간호대학생의 윤리적 민감성, 간호전문직관, 생명의료윤리의식이 윤리적 의사결정 자신감에 미치는 영향

The Influence of Ethical Sensitivity, Nursing Professionalism, and Biomedical Ethics Awareness on Confidence in Ethical Decision-Making Among Nursing Students

본 연구는 간호학과 2학년 학생들을 대상으로 윤리적 민감성, 간호전문직관, 생명의료윤리의식, 윤리적 의사결정 자신감의 수준과 관계를 파악하고, 윤리적 의사결정 자신감의 영향요인을 규명하기 위한 서술적 조사연구이다. 연구대상자는 일 대학에 재학 중인 191명이었고, 수집된 자료는 t검정, ANOVA, 상관관계, 다중회귀분석을 실시하였다. 연구 결과 대상자의 윤리적 민감성은 간호전문직관(r=.519, p<.001), 생명의료윤리의식(r=.237, p<.001), 윤리적 의사결정 자신감(r=.275, p<.001)과 양의 상관관계가 있었다. 대상자의 간호전문직관은 생명의료윤리의식(r=.324, p<.001), 윤리적 의사결정 자신감(r=.232, p<.001)과 양의 상관이, 생명의료윤리의식과 윤리적 의사결정 자신감(r=.324, p<.001)도 양의 상관관계가 확인되었다. 대상자의 윤리적 의사결정 자신감의 주요 영향요인은 윤리적 민감성으로 나타났고 회귀모형의 설명력은 8.1% 이었다. 본 연구 결과를 통해 윤리적 의사결정 자신감의 향상을 위한 간호 교육 프로그램의 개발이 요구된다.

This research is a descriptive survey study designed to understand the levels of ethical sensitivity, nursing professionalism, biomedical ethics awareness, and confidence in ethical decision-making among second-year nursing students using to identify the influencing factors. Data were collected from 191 university students and analyzed through t-test, ANOVA, correlation, and multiple regression analysis. The study results showed that subjects' ethical sensitivity had a positive correlation with nursing professionalism (r=.519, p<.001), biomedical ethics awareness (r=.237, p<.001), and confidence in ethical decision-making (r=.275, p<.001). Nursing professionalism among subjects also had a positive correlation with biomedical ethics awareness (r=.324, p<.001) and confidence in ethical decision-making (r=.232, p<.001). A positive correlation was also confirmed between biomedical ethics awareness and confidence in ethical decision-making (r=.324, p<.001). The main factor influencing the subjects' confidence in ethical decision-making was ethical sensitivity, and the explanatory power of the regression model was 8.1%. Based on these study results, the development of nursing education programs aimed at improving confidence in ethical decision-making is required.
