간호대학생의 전공만족도, 비판적사고성향, 자기효능감이 환자안전관리활동에 미치는 영향

The Effects of Nursing Students' Satisfaction with Major, Critical Thinking Disposition, and Self-Efficacy on Patient Safety Management Activities

본 연구는 간호대학생의 전공만족도, 비판적사고성향, 자기효능감, 환자안전관리활동의 정도를 파악하고 환자안전관리활동에 미치는 영향요인을 규명하기 위하여 수행되었다. 연구대상자는 간호대학에 재학 중인 3, 4학년 재학생 123명이었으며, 자료는 2025년 9월 1일부터 2025년 9월 19일까지 수집되었다. 수집된 자료는 SPSS Statistics 29.0 프로그램을 이용하여 Independent sample t-test, One-way ANOVA, Pearson’s correlation coefficients, Multiple regression analysis을 실시하였다. 연구 결과 전공만족도는 3.77±0.41점, 비판적사고성향은 3.71±0.45점, 자기효능감은 3.51±0.45점, 환자안전관리활동은 3.79±0.46점으로 나타났다. 환자안전관리활동은 전공만족도(r=.674, p<.001), 비판적사고성향(r=.632, p<.001), 자기효능감(r=.633, p<.001)과 유의한 상관관계를 보였으며, 회귀분석 결과 전공만족도(β=.406, p<.001), 비판적사고성향(β=.252, p=.018), 자기효능감(β=.148, p=.040)이 환자안전관리활동에 유의한 영향을 미치는 요인으로 확인되었다(F=43.94, p<.001). 본 연구는 간호대학생의 전공만족도, 비판적사고성향, 자기효능감이 환자안전관리활동에 유의한 영향을 미치는 주요 요인임을 확인하였다. 간호대학생의 환자안전관리활동을 강화하기 위해서는 단순한 지식 전달 중심의 교육을 넘어 전공만족도와 학습동기를 높이고, 비판적사고성향을 함양하여 임상상황에서 문제를 논리적으로 판단할 수 있는 능력을 길러야 한다. 또한 자기효능감을 향상시켜 환자안전 문제 발생 시 적극적이고 자신감 있는 대처가 가능하도록 하는 교육적 전략이 필요하다.

This study aimed to examine the influence of satisfaction with major, critical thinking disposition, and self-efficacy on patient safety management activities among nursing students. Participants were 123 third- and fourth-year nursing students, and data were collected from September 1 to 19, 2025. Data were analyzed using SPSS Statistics 29.0 through independent t-tests, one-way ANOVA, Pearson’s correlation, and multiple regression analysis. The mean scores were as follows: satisfaction with major (3.77±0.41), critical thinking disposition (3.71±0.45), self-efficacy (3.51±0.45), and patient safety management activities (3.79±0.46). Patient safety management activities were positively correlated with satisfaction with major (r=.674, p<.001), critical thinking disposition (r=.632, p<.001), and self-efficacy (r=.633, p<.001). Multiple regression analysis identified satisfaction with major (β=.406, p<.001), critical thinking disposition (β=.252, p=.018), and self-efficacy (β=.148, p=.040) as significant predictors (F=43.94, p<.001). These findings highlight the importance of enhancing satisfaction with major, fostering critical thinking disposition, and strengthening self-efficacy to promote effective patient safety management activities among nursing students.
