영상의학과 간호사의 소진에 영향을 미치는 요인

Factors affecting burnout in radiology nurses

본 연구의 목적은 영상의학과 간호사들의 소진에 영향을 미치는 요인을 파악하기 위한 서술적 조사연구이다. 전국 영상의학과에 근무하는 간호사 159명을 대상으로 2025년 7월 1일부터 2025년 8월 30일까지 이루어졌으며, 수집된 자료는 SPSS/WIN 27.0 프로그램을 이용하여 기술통계, t-test, ANOVA, 상관관계, 위계적 다중회귀분석을 시행하였다. 본 연구 결과 스트레스 대처 능력은 영상의학과 경력(F=3.595, p=.008), 근무 유형(F=6.623, p=.002), 직위(F=4.464, p=.004)와 유의한 차이가 있었으며, 공감 피로는 근무 경력(F=4.604, p=.004)과 유의한 차이가 있었다. 공감 만족은 성별(t=2.424, p=.016), 근무 경력(F=6.029, p<.001), 주당 근무시간(F=3.599, p=.030), 직위(F=4.439, p=.005)와 유의한 차이가 있었으며, 소진은 성별(t=-2.392, p=.018), 영상의학과 근무 경력(F=4.643, p<.001), 근무 유형(F=4.727, p=.010)과 유의한 차이가 있었다. 소진에 영향을 미치는 요인으로는 자아존중감(β=-4.512, p<.001), 공감 피로(β=6.642, p<.001), 공감 만족(β=-8.559, p<.001)이 통계적으로 유의한 영향이 있었다. 상대적으로 영향력이 강한 큰 변수는 공감 만족으로 나타났다. 영상의학과 간호사의 소진은 영상의학과 검사실 및 시술장 환자안전에 직접적인 영향을 미칠 수 있으므로, 영상의학과 간호사의 소진을 완화하기 위한 프로그램 개발이 필요하며, 더불어 스트레스 대처 능력, 공감 피로, 공감 만족이 소진에 어떠한 영향을 미치는지에 대한 매개 및 조절 효과를 확인하는 연구가 필요하다.

The purpose of this study was a descriptive survey to identify factors affecting burnout among radiology nurses. The survey was conducted from July 1, 2025, to August 30, 2025, with 159 nurses working in radiology departments nationwide. The collected data were analyzed using descriptive statistics, t-tests, ANOVA, correlation analysis, and hierarchical multiple regression analysis using SPSS/WIN 27.0. The results showed that stress coping ability significantly differed with radiology experience (F=3.595, p=.008), work type (F=6.623, p=.002), and position (F=4.464, p=.004). Compassion fatigue also differed significantly with work experience (F=4.604, p=.004). Empathy satisfaction was significantly different from gender (t=2.424, p=.016), work experience (F=6.029, p<.001), weekly working hours (F=3.599, p=.030), and position (F=4.439, p=.005), and burnout was significantly different from gender (t=-2.392, p=.018), work experience in radiology (F=4.643, p<.001), and work type (F=4.727, p=.010). Factors influencing burnout included self-esteem (β=-4.512, p<.001), empathy fatigue (β=6.642, p<.001), and empathy satisfaction (β=-8.559, p<.001). The variable with a relatively strong influence was empathy satisfaction. Burnout among radiology nurses can directly affect patient safety in radiology laboratories and treatment areas. Therefore, it is necessary to develop a program to alleviate burnout among radiology nurses. In addition, research is needed to confirm the mediating and moderating effects of stress coping skills, compassion fatigue, and compassion satisfaction on burnout.
