생성형 AI 영상은 영화산업에 침투하여 다양한 영향과 변화를 겪고 있다. 이로 인해 노동시장 또한 변동하며 스태 프들은 일부 업무가 축소 혹은 자동화됨에 따라 고용이 불안해지며 더 나아가 직업이 사라질 것이라는 위험을 인지 하고 있다. 특히 프로젝트 기반의 유연한 고용 구조를 가진 영화산업은 AI로 인해 비정규직 스태프가 부정적인 영향을 예민하게 받게 된다. 반면 AI 기술을 보유한 인재에 대한 니즈는 꾸준히 증가하며 보수 또한 높게 측정되고 있는 실정이다. 격차가 커짐에 따라 이러한 역량을 습득하지 못한 기존 스태프는 경쟁력을 상실하게 되며 이것은 더 문제를 야기하게 된다. 노동 구조의 재편은 업계 전반에 걸쳐 심각한 도전 과제를 초래한다. 본 연구는 이를 다방면으로 분석하여 AI 도입의 현황을 파악하고 대응 방안을 모색하고자 한다. 특히 한국 영화산업뿐 아니라 해외 사례와 정책 대응을 비교함으로써 한국이 직면한 고용 문제에 대한 해결책을 제시하고 산업의 지속가능한 발전과 노동시장 안정 화를 위한 전략을 제안하는 데 초점을 맞추고 있다.

Generative AI Videos have infiltrated and impacted the film industry, leading to shifts in the labor market, with the staff facing job insecurity or even job loss because certain tasks have been reduced or automated. The film industry, with its flexible project-based employment structure, renders nonregular staff particularly susceptible to the negative effects of AI. Meanwhile, the demand for talents equipped with AI-related skills has steadily increased, thereby increasing the salaries. As the gap widens, existing staff who lackthese skills may lose competitiveness, further exacerbating the problem. This restructuring of the labor structure poses serious challenges across the industry. This study analyzes this issue from various perspectives to understand the current state of AI adoption and explore the countermeasures. By comparing the Korean film industry with international examples and policy responses, this study proposes solutions to the employment challenges facing Korea and strategies for sustainable industry development and labor market stabilization.
