This paper explores the concepts of Corporate Corporate Social Responsibility in the form of corporate sustainability and corporate responsibility, of KTX (Korea Train Express) which is South Korea’s premier high speed train services. This case study analyses the history, social and environmental impacts and the future prospects of the KTX. Corporate Social Responsibility also collaborates the integrated approach of employees with the community engagement. The advantages of Management Review: An International Journal, for companies are guided by the customer satisfaction, customer retention, customer loyalty and customer experience as it adds value and reputation. The dimensions of c include Environmental Responsibility, Social Responsibility, Ethical Responsibility, Philanthropic Responsibility, Legal Responsibility and Economic Responsibility. Environmental Responsibility are the efforts to minimize the environmental impact on business operations. The KPMG value methodology is used to analyse the corporate social responsibility activities of KTX through this conceptual paper. Corporate Social Responsibility consists of the two areas of sustainability and responsibility factors that are critical for enterprises globally. KPMG’s Value Methodology offers a comprehensive approach to evaluating the multi-dimensional value of large infrastructure projects like KTX. Through its economic, social, and environmental lenses, the framework highlights how KTX has become a key driver of economic development, social cohesion, and environmental sustainability in South Korea. Adopting cutting-edge technologies could enhance train speed, safety, and overall operational performance. KPMG’s Value Methodology offers a comprehensive approach to evaluating the multi-dimensional value of KTX. The overall holistic approach is followed in understanding of CSR activities of KTX that has a tremendous impact in the economy and the image of South Korea.
