역사콘텐츠에서 『조선왕조실록』-의궤의 활용과 역할

『조선왕조실록(朝鮮王朝實錄)』과 의궤(儀軌)는 한국사 전체를 대표하는 역사자료이다. 두 사료는 조선시대의 특성을 종합적으로 살펴볼 수 있다는 장점을 가지고 있다. 역사콘텐츠에 대한 사회적 관심이높아지면서 수준 높은 결과물을 만들어내기 위한 노력이 지속되어 왔다. 특히 역사콘텐츠의 제작에서역사자료에 대한 분석과 이해의 중요성이 강조되는 경우가 많았다. 조선시대 역사콘텐츠 제작에서 『조선왕조실록』과 의궤가 갖는 중요성은 매우 크다. 다만 현재 제작되어 확인할 수 있는 조선시대 배경 역사콘텐츠들은 『조선왕조실록』을 적극적으로 활용하고 있는 것에 비해 의궤 자료는 제한적으로 활용하는 경향을 확인할 수 있다. 본고는 역사콘텐츠에서 『조선왕조실록』과 의궤가 어떠한 방식으로 활용되었는지 살펴보는 것을목표로 한다. 또한 『조선왕조실록』과 의궤를 활용해 제작했던 역사콘텐츠의 내용과 의미 등을 찾아보고자 한다. 연구를 통해 역사콘텐츠에서 『조선왕조실록』과 의궤가 담당했던 역할을 분석하고, 역사자료를 보다 효과적으로 활용하는 방안 등을 찾아보겠다.

The Annals of the Joseon Dynasty and the Uigwe (Royal Protocols) are among the most representative historical sources covering the entirety of Korean history. These materials offer a comprehensive perspective on the characteristics of the Joseon period. As social interest in historical content has increased, sustained efforts have been made to produce high-quality outcomes, with particular emphasis placed on the analysis and understanding of historical sources in the production of historical content. In the creation of historical content set in the Joseon period, The Annals of the Joseon Dynasty and the Uigwe play a crucial role. However, while existing historical content actively utilizes The Annals of the Joseon Dynasty, the Uigwe has tended to be used only in a limited manner. This study aims to examine how The Annals of the Joseon Dynasty and the Uigwe have been utilized in historical content. It also explores the content and significance of historical works produced through the use of these sources. Through this analysis, the study investigates the roles played by The Annals of the Joseon Dynasty and the Uigwe in historical content and seeks effective strategies for the more meaningful utilization of historical materials.
