The movements in dance performances are derived from human behaviors in daily life, refined through creative reinterpretation. Dance creation involves simulating and transforming human behaviors and emotional states in life, with dance movements being refined from everyday experiences while also directly expressing emotional states and inner meanings. The inspiration drawn from life actions plays a crucial role in dance creation. Regardless of the type of dance creation, life serves as the starting point, and the development of dance is predicated on this fundamental source. Dance creation stems from the artistic refinement of life actions, which not only enriches the diversity of dance forms but also advances original dance innovation. This leads to the conclusion that dance creation is the artistic refinement of life actions.
