从实验室到市场:三元融合驱动食品学科双创教育改革的路径探析

Under the overarching framework of the “Healthy China” strategy, innovation and entrepreneurship education in food science is facing structural challenges—namely, the task of successfully translating laboratory-related research into market-oriented applications. In light of the current state of innovation and entrepreneurship education in food science, several prominent issues exist, such as the disconnection between theory and practice, a noticeable lack of innovative capacity, and a relatively low market conversion rate. To address these issues, this paper proposes a novel educational model driven by the tripartite integration of “mentor,” “enterprise,” and “laboratory.” Through literature review, case analysis, and comparative research, this study thoroughly examines the internal logical relationships and synergistic mechanisms among the three elements. Subsequently, a four-dimensional reform pathway is proposed, encompassing curriculum restructuring, platform development, innovation in evaluation methods, and the deepening of practical implementation. The research indicates that this tripartite integration model can effectively break down disciplinary barriers to a certain extent, promote the organic and close alignment of the knowledge chain, innovation chain, and industrial chain, thereby providing theoretical support and practical references for cultivating innovative talent in the field of food science.
在“健康中国”战略大背景之下,食品学科的创新创业教育正面临着结构性特点的挑战,即要完成从实验室相关研究朝着市场化应用顺利转化的任务。就当下食品学科双创教育的实际状况而言,其中存在着诸多突出的问题,像是理论跟实践之间出现脱节的情况、创新能力存在明显不足以及市场转化率颇为低下等等。针对这些情况,本文着手构建起了一种全新的教育模式,即“导师”、“企业”以及“实验室”三要素融合,形成一种三元融合驱动的模式。借助文献研究的方式,还有案例分析以及比较研究等多种多样的方法,去细致地剖析三元要素内部的逻辑关联以及它们彼此之间的协同机制,进而提出了一条四维的改革路径,具体涉及到课程方面的重构工作、平台搭建的相关事宜、评价方式的创新举措以及实践层面的进一步深化等内容。经过研究可以发现,这种三元融合的模式是能够在一定程度上有效地突破学科所存在的壁垒的,它能够推动知识链、创新链以及产业链实现有机且紧密的衔接,从而给食品领域创新型人才的培养给予相应的理论方面的有力支撑,并且也能为其提供可供参考的实践方面的经验。
