Development Criteria Weight and Importance of Multi-Habitation Specialized Complexes in tin Small and Medium Cities

Through theoretical background research, this study considered the concept of multi-habitation through references, research data, and statistical data on multi-habitation, and focused on conceptual organization in social, economic, supply, demand, and policy aspects and market scalability for multi-habitation. In particular, by analyzing the demand characteristics of multi-habitation and deriving demand factors, this study is meaningful in that it is possible to come up with changes in mid and long-term housing types and partial alternatives due to the dualization of housing demand through the proposal of reasonable development standards for specialized complexes considering multi-habitation along with new paradigm changes in residential culture. In order to analyze the standards for the development of specialized complexes considering the consumers of multi-habitation, the results of a survey of public officials and the general public were found,to have the highest evaluation of humanware among the main items, and among the hardware, the highest weight was given to local government partnerships among the properties and software details of designation of use areas. The main methodology of this study is the hierarchical analysis technique, and the final importance was derived by applying weights between items through pairwise comparison. After securing preliminary elements for the development of multi-habitation specialized complexes through FGI analysis, the final development standard variables are derived through expert Delphi-methods, and hierarchical analysis techniques are applied to analyze the comprehensive implications.
