Tea culture in China has evolved from a cultural symbol into an educational resource that fosters emotional cultivation, interpersonal communication, and ethical awareness. Recognizing this pedagogical value, this study analyzes how tea culture is integrated into three practical majors—nursing, design, and tourism—within Chinese higher education. Using a structured case study framework, the research examines the educational background, teaching content and methods, learning outcomes, and institutional limitations of each program. The findings indicate that tea culture‐based education enhances students’ emotional regulation, cultural literacy, and professional responsibility, while also strengthening field-specific competencies. However, challenges such as insufficient curriculum development, a lack of qualified instructors, and inadequate institutional support continue to hinder sustainable implementation. This study argues that tea culture education functions as an interdisciplinary model characterized by cultural integration, pedagogical innovation, and curricular flexibility, offering meaningful implications for future educational reforms in China.
