디지털 리터러시 강의를 수강하는 학생들의 인식조사 - 인식·행동 기반 역량 구조 분석

A Study on Students' Perception of Digital Literacy Lectures : Analysis of capacity structure based on perception and behavior

본 연구는 디지털 원시인이라 불리는 현재의 학생들의 디지털 리터러시 역량을 확인해 보고자 진행되었다. 미래 사회는 디지털 리터러시의 역량에 따라 사회의 핵심 역량을 펼쳐 나갈 수 있다고 생각한다. 이를 여러 영역을 통해 인식하고 이를 활용한 강의와 수업이 학생들의 리터러시 능력을 향상시킬 수 있고 이를 강의 내용에 포함하는 현상이 증가하고 있는 국내 상황에 맞게 교육프로그램에서 자가 진단이나 이런 설문 등을 이용하여 이를 효과적으로 검증하고 자신의 리터러시 능력 체크를 위한 도구로 활용할 수 있는 디지털 리터러시 평가를 진행하였다. 디지털 리터러시 역량에 관한 선행 연구를 바탕으로 9개 영역 총 36개 문항으로 구성된 도구를 구성하였다. 25년도 입학생을 대상으로 충청남도 소재 C 대학의 인천 캠퍼스와 홍성 캠퍼스의 디지털 리터러시 강의를 수강하는 대학생 170여 명 및 안산의 A대학 대학생 50여 명의 데이터를 비교 분석을 하였다. 서로 다른 지역의 대학생이지만 같은 학번인 학생들의 탐색적 요인분석과 확인적 요인 분석을 실시하여 적합성을 판단하고자 하였다. 그 결과를 통해 25년도 신입생인 대학생들의 디지털 리터러시에 대한 인식을 알 수 있었으며 이를 바탕으로 각기 다른 전공별 맞춤형 강의에 대한 준비를 진행할 수 있다. 본 연구에서 사용한 평가도구는 기존 연구의 내용에서 약간의 수정을 가한 것이며, 앞으로 학생들의 연도별, 학기별 수업 전·후 설문을 통해 추가적인 연구를 진행하여 리터러시 능력의 변화에 대해 알 수 있을 것으로 기대한다.

This study was conducted to confirm the digital literacy capabilities of current students called digital primitive people. I believe that the future society can unfold the core competencies of society according to the capabilities of digital literacy. In accordance with the domestic situation where this is recognized in various areas and lectures and classes using it can improve students' literacy skills, and the phenomenon of including it in the contents of the lecture is increasing, a digital literacy evaluation was conducted that can be effectively verified using self-diagnosis or such surveys in educational programs and used as a tool to check one's own literacy ability. There have been several prior studies on digital literacy competency, and based on this, a tool consisting of a total of 36 items in 9 areas was composed. By comparing and analyzing the data of 170 college students taking digital literacy lectures at C University in Chungcheongnam-do and 50 students from A University in Ansan, who entered in 25, and 50 students from A University in Ansan, we tried to determine suitability by conducting exploratory and confirmatory factor analysis of students in the same area but in the same class. As a result, it was possible to know the perceptions of digital literacy among college students who are freshmen in 25, and based on this, different students can prepare for lectures. The evaluation tool used in this study is a slight modification from the contents of the existing research, and it is expected that additional research will be conducted in the future through surveys before and after classes by year and semester to learn about changes in literacy skills.
