高校就业指导课程教学改革的困境与路径

Against the backdrop of the massification of higher education and structural imbalances in the employment market, this study integrates four key concepts — curriculum-based ideological and political education, the “three-whole education” approach, employment orientation, and big data applications — to systematically examine the core challenges facing university employment guidance courses in terms of teaching organization, curriculum structure, faculty development, evaluation mechanisms, and resource integration. From six interrelated dimensions, the paper proposes a set of practical and operable optimization pathways. The study aims to promote the transformation of employment guidance courses from standardized skills training to a personalized, full-cycle educational system, achieving coordinated advancement in value cultivation and competency development, and providing both theoretical and practical support for improving graduate employment quality and enhancing talent cultivation systems in higher education.

本文立足高等教育大众化与就业市场结构性失衡背景,融合课程思政、“三全育人”“就业导向”及大数据应用四大理念,系统剖析高校就业指导课程在教学组织、课程体系、师资队伍、评价机制、资源整合层面的核心困境,从六大维度提出可操作的优化路径。研究旨在推动课程从“统一化技能培训”向“个性化全周期育人体系”转型,实现价值引领与能力培养的协同共进,为提升大学生就业质量、完善高校人才培养体系提供理论与实践支撑。
