On the Digital Capitalism’s Time Exploitation and Free Time Alienation

In the digital economy era, capitalism's exploitation of time presents new characteristics and forms. Digital capitalism achieves systematic and comprehensive time exploitation through the digitalized boundless extension of labor time, the hidden value production transformation of non-labor time, and the capital valorization entrapment of entire lifetime. The deepening of digital time exploitation inevitably leads to the intensification of labor force reproduction crises and severe constraints on human multidimensional development needs. The intensification of this contradiction not only threatens the sustainability of the capitalist mode of production, but more importantly provides historical inevitability and realistic urgency for socialist time liberation. Socialist time reorganization, as a fundamental transformation of capitalist time structure, must be guided by Marxist theory, with human comprehensive development as the fundamental goal, and through establishing democratic decision-making mechanisms, improving distribution systems, developing liberating productive forces, and forming sharing mechanisms, ultimately achieve true liberation of time.
