Research on Major Practical Issues in Chinese-style Modernization

As a new form of human civilization, Chinese modernization not only has profound theoretical connotation, but also faces a series of major and complex challenges in practice. This paper focuses on the major practical issues in the process of chinese-style modernization, and carries out systematic research from four core dimensions. This paper discusses how to effectively bridge the regional, urban-rural and income gaps under the goal of realizing the common prosperity of all people, and analyzes the difficulties in the construction of the mechanism of initial distribution, redistribution and three distribution. This paper analyzes the synergistic balance between high-quality economic development and ecological civilization construction, and focuses on the path dependence and breakthrough strategies of industrial structure transformation and upgrading under the constraint of“Double carbon” target. This paper deeply analyzes the internal tension of the coordinated development of material civilization and spiritual civilization, and discusses how to build a socialist ideology with strong cohesion and leading force under the background of market economy and globalization, and carry forward the excellent traditional Chinese culture. This paper examines the strategic choice of adhering to the path of peaceful development in a complex and changeable international environment, and analyzes the external risks and countermeasures of promoting high-level opening up and participating in the reform of the global governance system. This paper argues that properly solving these major practical problems is the key to whether the chinese-style modernization road can go far and steadily. It is necessary to adhere to the overall leadership of the party, through continuous theoretical innovation, institutional innovation and practical exploration, a systematic and holistic solution will be constructed, so as to continuously open up a new realm of Marxism in China and the times, contribute Chinese wisdom and Chinese plan to the exploration of the road of modernization.

中国式现代化作为人类文明新形态，不仅具有深刻的理论内涵，更在实践层面面临一系列重大而复杂的挑战。本文聚焦于中国式现代化推进过程中的重大实践问题，从四个核心维度展开系统性研究，探讨了在实现全体人民共同富裕目标下，如何有效弥合区域、城乡和收入差距，分析了初次分配、再分配与三次分配协同发力的机制构建难点；剖析了高质量经济发展与生态文明建设之间的协同平衡问题，重点研究了“双碳”目标约束下产业结构转型升级的路径依赖与突破策略；深入分析了物质文明与精神文明协调发展的内在张力，讨论了如何在市场经济和全球化背景下，建设具有强大凝聚力和引领力的社会主义意识形态，并传承弘扬中华优秀传统文化；考察了在复杂多变的国际环境中坚持和平发展道路的战略选择，分析了推进高水平对外开放、参与全球治理体系变革所面临的外部风险与应对之道。本文认为，妥善解决这些重大实践问题，是中国式现代化道路能否行稳致远的关键所在，需要在坚持党的全面领导下，通过持续的理论创新、制度创新和实践探索，构建系统性、整体性的解决方案，从而不断开辟马克思主义中国化时代化新境界，为人类对现代化道路的探索贡献中国智慧和中国方案。
