4차산업 ICT융복합 첨단농업단지조성 기본구상 연구 - 경상북도 성주군을 중심으로

A Basic Plan Study for the Development of an Advanced Agricultural Complex Integrating ICT Convergence in the 4th Industrial Revolution Era : Focusing on Seongju County

[연구목적] 21세기 한국 농업은 IT, IoT 및 첨단 기술의 융합을 통해 생산성과 소득을 향상시켜 왔다. 그러나 기후 변화와 전 지구적 환경 변화로 인해 어려움이 점차 증가하고 있다. 본연구는 농업의 지속 가능한 성장을 위한 ICT 융합형 기술집약적 스마트 농업 클러스터의 기본구상을 제시하는 것을 목표로 한다. [연구방법] 지역 ICT 농업 기술의 사용자 분류, 프로젝트 방향 설정, 비즈니스 모델 수립을통해 지역 농업 경쟁력과 산업 발전을 강화하기 위한 IT 비즈니스 모델 방법론을 적용하였다. [연구결과] 본 연구에서는 지역 농업을 위해 R&D 활성화, 기업 전문화, 첨단 ICT 융복합 기술 지원을 목적으로 경상북도 성주군에 산업 집적단지 조성을 제안한다. [연구의 시사점] 농업 특성화 지역의 산업 현대화는 인근 산업단지와의 시너지를 창출하고, 지역농업을 재 정의하여 글로벌 경쟁력을 강화하며 농업 기술에서 새로운 가치를 창출할 수 있다는 것이다.

[Purpose] In the 21st century, Korean agriculture has advanced through IT, IoT, and advanced technologies but faces challenges from climate change. This study proposes a concept for an ICT－converged smart agricultural cluster to support sustainable growth. [Methodology] The study applied an IT business model approach to enhance regional agricultural competitiveness and industrial development through ICT－based user classification and project planning. [Findings] This study proposes establishing an industrial cluster in Seongju－gun, Gyeongsangbuk－do, to support R&D, company specialization, and advanced ICT－ converged technologies for value－creating regional agriculture. [Implications] Industrial modernization in specialized agricultural regions can enhance synergy, global competitiveness, and value creation in agricultural technology.
