간호대학생의 사회복지사에 대한 인식이 협력적 태도에 미치는 영향: 사회적 유대감과 사회적 책임감을 중심으로

The Influence of Nursing Students’ Perception of Social Workers on Cooperative Attitude: Focusing on Social Connectedness and Social Responsibility

본 연구는 간호대학생의 사회복지사에 대한 인식이 협력적 태도에 미치는 영향에 대해 사회적 유대감 및 사회적 책임감 중심으로 파악하기 위해 시도되었다. 연구설계는 서술적 조사연구로서 S지역에 있는 간호대학의 간호대학생 201명을 대상으로 하였다. 연구결과 사회복지사와의 협력적 태도에 영향을 주는 요인은 대인관계(β=.39, p<.001), 사회적 유대감(β=.43, p<.001), 사회적 책임감(β=.28, p<.001)으로 사회적 유대감이 가장 큰 영향을 미치는 요인으로 나타났다. 따라서 보건복지 분야의 효과적인 협력 강화를 위해 대학 시기부터 상호 이해와 신뢰 형성을 도모 할 수 있는 교육 프로그램 방안 마련이 필요함을 제언한다.

The This study aimed to identify the influence of social connectedness and social responsibility of social workers, as perceived by nursing students, on their collaborative attitudes. A descriptive research design was used, and data were collected from 201 nursing students enrolled in university located in S City. The factors influencing cooperative attitudes toward social workers were interpersonal relationships (β=.39, p<.001), social connectedness (β=.43, p<.001), and social responsibility (β=.28, p<.001). Therefore, to enhance cooperative attitudes in the health and welfare field, it is necessary to implement programs from the university level that promote mutual understanding and build trust between professionals.
