발달장애인을 위한 애니메이션 기반 맞춤형 심폐소생술 교육 콘텐츠 개발

Development of a Customized Animation-Based Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation Education Program for Individuals with Developmental Disabilities

본 연구는 발달장애인의 학습 특성을 반영한 애니메이션 기반 맞춤형 심폐소생술 교육 콘텐츠를 개발하고 그 효과를 검증하였다. ADDIE 교수설계 모형에 따라 분석, 설계, 개발, 적용, 평가 단계를 체계적으로 수행하였다. 교육 콘텐츠는 응급상황 인지 및 신고, 가슴압박, 자동심장충격기 사용의 3개 모듈로 구성되었으며, 단순화된 캐릭터와 명확한 색 대비를 통해 시각적 이해도를 높였다. 전문가 내용타당도 평가 결과 CVI 0.91로 우수한 타당도를 확보하였다. 본 연구는 장애인 대상 심폐소생술 교육의 형평성과 접근성을 개선하여 대한심폐소생협회의 포괄적 교육 확대 정책에 기여하고자 하였다.

This study developed and validated an animation-based CPR education program tailored to the learning characteristics of individuals with developmental disabilities. Using the ADDIE model, the program was systematically designed in three modules: emergency recognition and reporting, chest compressions, and AED use. Visual clarity was enhanced through simplified characters and high-contrast colors. Expert review confirmed strong content validity (CVI = 0.91). The program aims to improve CPR training equity and accessibility for people with disabilities.
