본 연구는 간호대학생의 인공지능 리터러시, 인공지능활용을 위한 준비도, 간호정보활용역량 수준을 조사하고, 간호정보활용역량에 영향을 미치는 요인을 규명하는 것을 목표로 하였다. 본 연구는 경남 J대학 간호대학생 186명을 대상으로 한 기술적 상관관계 연구이다. 2025년 6월부터 7월까지 구조화된 설문지를 이용하여 자료를 수집하고, SPSS 21.0을 이용하여 t-검정, ANOVA, Pearson 상관분석, 다중회귀분석을 실시하였다. AI 리터러시, AI 활용을 위한 준비도, 간호정보활용능력의 평균 점수는 각각 5점 만점에 3.36±0.49점, 4점 만점에 2.07±0.42점, 5점 만점에 3.75±0.59점이었다. 간호정보활용 능력은 AI 리터러시(r=.507, p<.001) 및 AI 활용을 위한 준비도(r=.261, p<.001)와 유의미한 양의 상관관계를 보였다. 다중 회귀 분석 결과, AI 리터러시만이 간호정보활용능력의 유의미한 예측 변수였으며(β=.48, p<.001), AI 활용을 위한 준비도는 유의미한 예측 변수가 아니었다. 회귀 모델은 간호정보활용능력의 분산 중 26%를 설명했다. 이러한 결과는 간호대학생의 간호정보활용능력을 향상시키기 위해 태도 형성보다 AI 활용 능력 교육을 우선시해야 함을 시사한다. 간호교육과정에 AI활용 능력 교육을 체계적으로 통합할 것을 권장한다.
This study aimed to examine the levels of artificial intelligence (AI) literacy, AI readiness, and nursing information literacy competency among nursing students, and to identify the factors influencing nursing information literacy competency. A descriptive correlational study was conducted with 186 nursing students from J College in Gyeongnam, South Korea. Data were collected using structured questionnaires between June and July 2025, and analyzed using t-test, ANOVA, Pearson's correlation, and multiple regression analysis with SPSS 21.0. The mean scores for AI literacy, AI readiness, and nursing information literacy competency were 3.36±0.49 (out of 5), 2.07±0.42 (out of 4), and 3.75±0.59 (out of 5), respectively. Nursing information literacy competency showed significant positive correlations with AI literacy (r=.507, p<.001) and AI readiness (r=.261, p<.001). Multiple regression analysis revealed that AI literacy was the only significant predictor of nursing information literacy competency (β=.48, p<.001), while AI readiness was not a significant predictor. The regression model explained 26% of the variance in nursing information literacy competency. Conclusion : These findings suggest that AI literacy education should be prioritized over attitude formation to enhance nursing students' nursing information literacy competency. Systematic integration of AI literacy education into nursing curricula is recommended.
