혁신성 및 자기효능감이 생성형 AI 활용의도에 미치는 영향 연구: 사회복지학 전공대학생의 학습과제 해결을 중심으로

The Impact of Innovativeness and Self-Efficacy on the Intention to Use Generative AI: Focusing on the Problem-Solving of Learning Assignments among Social Work Majors

생성형 AI가 인간의 모든 영역에서 활용되어 가고 있다. 대학생이 새로운 서비스 활용에 대한 거부감이 낮다. 본 연구는 사회복지학과 전공대학생의 생성형 AI에 활용을 통해 학습과제 해결에 대한 인식도와 그에 따른 AI 기술수용 간의 영향 관계를 파악하고, 시사점을 수립하고자 한다. 이를 위해서 G광역지역에 위치한 5개 대학교의 244명을 대상으로 분석하였다. 분석방법은 SPSS 21.0의 통계패키지를 활용하였고, 기술통계분석, 신뢰도 및 타당도 검증, 상관관계분석, 회귀분석을 실시하였다. 그 결과, 선행연구를 바탕으로 수립한 6개 가설은 통계적으로 모두 유의미하게 나타났다. 사회복지학 전공대학생 중에서 새로운 AI기술 서비스를 다른 구성원보다 혁신을 상대적으로 빨리 수용하는 성향이 높고, AI기술 서비스 활용을 통한 학습과제 해결이 용이하다는 인식 정도가 높을수록 AI기술 서비스 활용을 통한 학습과제 해결을 지속적으로 활용하겠다는 것을 알 수 있다. 결론적으로 새로운 AI기술 서비스를 수용할 수 있도록 교양과목 개설, 사회복지와 AI기술 서비스를 융복합할 수 있는 교과과정을 개편, AI를 활용한 논문작성법 및 연구윤리의 표준가이드라인 수립을 제시하였다.

AI is increasingly being applied across all domains of human activity, and university students generally exhibit low levels of resistance to adopting new services. This study aims to examine the relationship between social welfare majors’ perceptions of using generative AI for solving academic tasks and their acceptance of AI technologies, as well as to derive practical implications. To this end, data were collected from 244 students enrolled at five universities located in the G metropolitan area. The analysis employed the statistical package SPSS 21.0, utilizing descriptive statistics, reliability and validity testing, correlation analysis, and regression analysis. The results revealed that all six hypotheses established on the basis of prior research were statistically significant. Specifically, social welfare majors who tend to adopt innovative AI services more rapidly than their peers, and who perceive AI technologies as facilitating the completion of academic tasks, are more likely to continue using AI services for learning purposes. In conclusion, the study suggests the establishment of general education courses to foster AI adoption, the restructuring of curricula to integrate social welfare and AI technologies, and the development of standardized guidelines for academic writing and research ethics using AI.
